Warranty & Return Policy

Web purchasers are granted a return period of two weeks from date of receipt of the shipment. If you choose to return a piece, contact us for a return number. Upon receipt of the return, your account will be credited for the cost of the piece.

We guarantee all of our jewelry against defects of manufacture for one year. For pieces that break under normal wear, we will repair or replace as is appropriate for no additional charge. Contact us for a return number before sending the piece to us.

Our normal guarantee precludes unusual wear and tear. However, if your piece has been chewed by the dog, stepped on or damaged in other unforeseen ways, we can usually repair or replace it for a fee. Contact us for an estimate.
